1. Scope
This policy applies to the iOS app “Proofly (交付迹)” and this support website. It explains how we handle information related to the product.
2. Data the app does not collect
Proofly does not require registration or sign-in. The app does not upload your project names, client or handover-recipient information, notes, on-site photos, signatures, PDF reports, or usage behavior to the developer. It does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking technologies.
3. Content stored on your device
Project records you create, photos you select or capture, notes you enter, confirmation signatures, generated PDF reports, and necessary local preferences are stored in the app’s local space on your device. Proofly does not send this content unless you actively export it using iOS sharing features.
After you share a PDF to Files, email, cloud storage, or another app, its further handling is governed by the privacy policy of the service you chose and is no longer controlled by Proofly.
4. Camera and photo access
Proofly invokes the system camera or photo picker only when you choose to add on-site evidence. Selected content is used for the current project and report generation and is not uploaded to Proofly servers. You can adjust the relevant permissions in iOS Settings.
5. Subscriptions and Apple
In-app subscriptions are completed through Apple’s StoreKit and App Store. Apple handles payment information, transactions, subscription eligibility, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Proofly receives from Apple only the transaction status needed to confirm current subscription access; it does not receive your complete card or payment-account details. Apple’s handling of this information is governed by its own privacy policy.
6. Retention, deletion, and backup
You can delete projects in the app. Deleting the app usually also removes project records that remain in its local storage, and we cannot recover them for you. PDFs already exported elsewhere must be deleted separately from those locations. Proofly currently does not provide an account or cloud backup service.
7. Contacting support
The app itself does not collect user data. If you voluntarily email ee07b414@gmail.com, we use the email address, message, and attachments you provide to process and reply to that request. Please do not send unnecessary client records, signatures, or sensitive on-site photos.
8. This support website
This website does not require sign-in, place advertising or marketing trackers, or use third-party analytics. To deliver the pages and prevent abuse, hosting and network providers may temporarily process standard network information such as IP address, request time, and browser type under their own rules. We do not associate that information with any project records in the Proofly app.
9. Children’s privacy
Proofly is not directed at collecting personal information from children and, as described above, the app does not send project records or usage behavior to the developer.
10. Changes to this policy
If product capabilities or legal requirements change, we may update this policy and revise the “Last updated” date on this page. If a change is significant, we will explain it through the app or this website where reasonably practical.
