Enter the project name, handover recipient, date, and any necessary notes.

Take or select on-site photos and add notes for important details.

Complete confirmation on the device. The signature stays in the local project.
- 04Create and share the PDF
Review the report, then export it to Files, email, or another service you choose.

Where are my projects, photos, signatures, and PDFs stored?
They are stored locally by Proofly on your device and are not uploaded to Proofly servers. A PDF that you export or share is saved to the location you choose and is then managed by the relevant app or service.
Can I recover projects after deleting the app?
Usually not. Proofly currently does not provide an account or cloud backup. Before deleting the app, export any PDF reports you need to keep to Files or another storage location you trust.
Why do I not see the 3-day annual trial?
The trial is only for new subscribers who meet Apple’s eligibility rules, and it applies only when Apple’s purchase sheet clearly displays it. The monthly subscription has no free trial. Apple determines eligibility and the final purchase conditions.
How do I restore a subscription after changing devices or reinstalling?
First confirm that the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Then open Settings in Proofly and select Restore Purchases. Restoration recovers active subscription access only; it does not restore project records that were stored only on the previous device.
How do I cancel a subscription or request a refund?
Apple manages subscriptions. You can cancel from the Apple Account subscription page in system Settings. Apple determines refund eligibility and outcomes; visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a request.
What should I do if the report is incorrect?
Return to the project, correct the photos, notes, or signature, and create the report again. The PDF reflects the information you entered and confirmed, so review it before delivery.
