1. Acceptance
By downloading, purchasing, or using “Proofly (交付迹),” you agree to these Terms of Service and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions that apply to you. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Product purpose and license
Proofly provides on-device tools for organizing on-site evidence, confirming signatures, and generating PDF reports. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in content you enter or import and are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to capture, store, sign, use, and share it. You must review project records, photos, notes, signatures, and reports before delivery. Reports generated by Proofly depend on the content you provide and do not automatically constitute legal, notarized, quality-certification, or regulatory conclusions.
4. Local storage and backup
Proofly currently does not provide a project account or cloud backup. Projects, photos, signatures, and in-app PDFs are stored locally on the device. Before deleting the app, changing or repairing the device, or resetting the system, you are responsible for exporting and safely backing up reports you need to keep. We cannot recover records lost through lack of backup, device failure, or accidental deletion.
5. Auto-renewable subscriptions
Proofly may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The actual price, currency, billing period, taxes, and renewal date are those shown on Apple’s purchase sheet at the time of purchase. After confirmation, your Apple Account is charged. The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel through Apple before renewal; Apple’s displayed cancellation deadline and renewal status are final.
You can view or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings or the App Store subscription management page. Cancellation usually does not immediately end access during a paid period, but Apple’s displayed expiration date is final.
6. Free trial
The annual subscription may offer a 3-day free trial to new subscribers who meet Apple’s eligibility rules, and only when Apple’s purchase sheet clearly displays the trial. The monthly subscription does not include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the annual subscription automatically renews at the price shown on Apple’s purchase sheet. Apple determines and displays trial eligibility and start and end times.
7. Restoring purchases and refunds
You can try to restore an active subscription from Settings in the app. Restoring purchases restores subscription access only; it does not restore project records kept only on the previous device. Apple processes all purchases and decides refund requests and outcomes under App Store policies. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a request.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use Proofly to infringe others’ rights, fabricate evidence, break the law, bypass purchase mechanisms, reverse engineer the product except where applicable law expressly permits it, or interfere with normal app operation.
9. Availability and limitation of liability
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the product but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device, system version, or in every situation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the product is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control, indirect losses, or records lost because you did not maintain an adequate backup. Liability that local law does not allow us to exclude is not affected by this section.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms in response to product or legal changes and revise the date on this page. You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time. If you materially violate these terms, we may terminate your license to use the app to the extent permitted by law; billing and refunds already handled through Apple remain subject to Apple’s rules.
